The Anti-Abuse Operations Manager, as part of the Trust & Safety Operations team, will be responsible for leading a combined Apple and vendor team that protects various Apple products and services from abuse vectors, which include inauthentic account creations, spam, phishing, and other fraudulent activities.
In this role, you will work closely with various cross-functional teams, serving as the conduit to facilitate tactical and strategic approaches to fighting abuse. Candidates should have a proven track record of working with operations, product, and engineering teams to communicate data-driven recommendations for product and security efforts.
