Hourly Rate: $18 per hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Solutioning

    • Work closely with the client’s sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions.

    • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to prospective customers.

    • Assist in responding to customer queries with timely and accurate information.

    • Collaborate with the client’s technical teams to ensure the feasibility and customization of solutions.

  • Customer Success & Service Delivery

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.

    • Manage onboarding of new customers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

    • Track customer accounts, follow up on service requests, and ensure SLAs are met.

    • Handle escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

    • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and solution offerings.

  • Market & Product Knowledge

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client’s product portfolio, telecom technologies, and market trends.

                     Provide insights to sales and technical teams on emerging customer needs and competitive positioning.
 

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to explain technical telecom solutions to non-technical clients.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
