Custom Ink is seeking an energetic and experienced Manager of Organic Social and Community Management to significantly elevate our brand's presence across key social media platforms and deepen our engagement with our diverse customer community. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is critical in shaping Custom Ink's organic voice, driving authentic conversations, and transforming followers into brand advocates.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive organic social media strategy, nurturing our community, and ensuring our social channels are a true reflection of the Custom Ink brand and values. This role requires a blend of creative vision, understanding of social platforms, and deep experience with and passion for Gen AI-led creativity.
