This role will report into the Global Director, Workforce Engagement, and lead the strategic development, execution, and measurement of Morningstar’s community engagement initiatives across the globe. The Manager of Community Impact & Giving will oversee a comprehensive portfolio of programs, strategy, communications, partnerships, and governance efforts that empower employees to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
This role requires strategic visioning. The successful candidate is an analytical thinker and operational leader who can inspire participation, manage cross-functional relationships, and pursue community impact strategies that are in alignment with Morningstar’s brand, values, and business objectives.
