This role oversees key functions including Credentialing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Virtual Back Office, and Central Scheduling. The position focuses on implementing, managing, and improving operational processes across live markets with emphasis on scalability, high performance, and continuous improvement. As a key member of the central operations team, this role works cross-functionally to drive key metrics and achieve critical milestones for Strive’s priority initiatives while identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives within markets.
