DAO Community Manager – Digital Rights Governance

Role and Responsibilities

 This role focuses on building and managing the community that oversees digital identity licensing through decentralized governance. You will help coordinate and grow a global DAO that defines how likeness rights are accessed and moderated.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and engage a community of stakeholders involved in governance
  
  
• Manage proposal workflows through Snapshot or Tally
  
  
• Lead discussions around digital rights, policy updates, and community decisions
  
  
• Educate members on governance participation and proposal structure
  
  

Qualifications:

• Background in managing Web3, DAO, or NFT communities
  
  
• Familiarity with governance tooling and token-based decision making
  
  
• Strong communication and community engagement skills
