Job Summary
AO Globe Life is hiring Customer Success & Benefits Advisors to support union members, credit union members, and association clients through virtual consultations. This role is fully remote and focused on helping families understand and enroll in supplemental benefits tailored to their financial needs.

All client appointments are pre-scheduled. No cold calling or prospecting is required. Applicants should be organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a professional virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments with clients

• Identify client needs and present appropriate benefit options

• Clearly explain insurance coverage and policy information

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

• Provide ongoing service, including policy updates and claims support

• Ensure all work meets regulatory and compliance standards

• Participate in regular training and professional development

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, client-facing, or sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Proficient with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Drive, and Windows OS

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Open to feedback and able to apply coaching effectively

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
