About the Role

We’re seeking an energetic and personable Customer Success & Brand Ambassador to help drive user onboarding, retention, and app adoption. This full-time, remote role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about sports, patient with younger users, and confident in explaining digital tools to a wide audience.

You’ll be the face of our platform to new users — guiding them through the onboarding experience, encouraging adoption of our features, upselling premium offerings, and helping foster a vibrant user community.

This position offers the chance to grow with a fast-moving startup at the forefront of the sports betting industry, while working remotely with flexible hours. The role includes elements of customer success, sales, community engagement, and light brand ambassadorship.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized onboarding calls with new users, focusing on product education and successful activation
     
  • Host monthly community meetings to gather feedback and build engagement
     
  • Develop and implement strategies to upsell users and increase app usage
     
  • Represent the brand externally and at digital/physical events as needed
     
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to improve conversion rates
     
  • Provide consistent user support with a focus on patience, clarity, and professionalism
     
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and influence feature development

Desired Experience & Qualification

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or community-facing roles
     
  • Excellent spoken and written English
     
  • Prior experience working at or with sports betting platforms such as Betway, Hollywoodbets, Sunbets, or similar is highly preferred
     
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
     
  • Demonstrated success in hitting onboarding, upselling, or retention KPIs
     
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently
     
  • Interest in sports (North American sports preferred, MMA, boxing, soccer, rugby, cricket, or ) is an asset
     
  • Comfort working flexible hours to support users across time zones

 

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with mobile apps and the sports betting ecosystem
     
  • Exposure to North American sports culture or platforms
     
  • Experience with remote work tools and CRMs (TBD)
