Own Support - You will own the process of improving the AI support replies as well as handling cases where the AI falls short. This involves a deep understanding of the Luma product, a skill for debugging technical issues, and updating the help docs as the product evolves.
Curate Events - You will curate the Luma Discover experience, deciding every day which events to feature. Additionally, you’ll curate calendars around large events to help guests find interesting side events.
Guard Trust & Safety - You’ll tweak our fraud detection systems to find the happy middleground between aggressive blocking and allowing too much abuse.
Build Customer Relationships - You’ll spend time developing deep relationships with our customers and supporting Enterprise clients over video calls and emails.
