Community Management

DWP is seeking a Community Manager to support and grow our Liberated Capital donor community. This new position is a key member of our Resource Mobilization team and will report to the Vice President of Resource Mobilization.

The Liberated Capital donor community is an online community that comprises more than 700 individuals and represents a multi-racial, intergenerational network spanning all wealth brackets. Members are primarily based in the United States and their collective contributions through Liberated Capital directly support DWP's grantmaking. Throughout the year, DWP offers exclusive programming for Liberated Capital members, including healing workshops, events featuring grantee partners, intimate conversations with wealth holders about their journeys in philanthropy, and much more. Most programming is virtual, with periodic opportunities for in-person events. Affinity groups and volunteer leadership opportunities will launch in 2025, creating new ways for members to engage and collaborate.

The LC Community Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding our online donor community. The manager will engage, inspire, and mobilize our members and develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement, attract new members, and increase the amount of funds raised.
