We're looking for a social-savvy storyteller to lead content strategy and community growth for an AI influencer brand. You’ll be at the heart of shaping its online presence—from crafting and scheduling content with a clear storyline, to managing daily social interactions that build a loyal and engaged community. This is a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you’ll own the content calendar, drive engagement, and ensure every post has a purpose.
Develop and execute a multi-platform content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, Twitch, and YouTube.
Craft compelling storylines and content formats that drive both reach and retention.
Plan, schedule, and publish content with precision and consistency.
Manage and grow the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in both Spanish and English.
Create viral moments by tapping into trends, gaming culture, and pop culture.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to optimize content strategy.
Collaborate with creative, influencer, and brand partners to align campaigns with the overarching narrative.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Proven experience managing social media accounts with significant growth and engagement.
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and posting best practices.
A strong interest and understanding of gaming and/or AI influencer culture.
Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on, daily execution.
You enjoy taking full ownership when implementing new flows and features.
