The Worldwide Amazon Fresh Learning & Development team drives operational excellence through innovative, scalable training solutions. We're seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment where we constantly raise the bar on talent development.
In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful learning programs that empower Associates and Leaders across our global Grocery operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, using data and technology to create experiences that enhance performance and support Amazon's customer-centric mission.
As a people manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a great team, setting clear directions and goals, coaching and evaluating employee performance, and motivating team members. You'll need to uphold Amazon's Leadership Principles while managing changes and leading your team to deliver business results under uncertainties.

Key job responsibilities
The life of this Sr. Program Manager includes, (but is not limited to):
• Leading the end-to-end development and execution of learning programs that drive operational excellence across multiple grocery businesses
• Designing and implementing measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across regions and functions to align learning solutions with business priorities
• Creating scalable mechanisms for program adoption, quality control, and impact measurement
• Driving innovation in training delivery methods and content to enhance the learning experience
• Managing complex, cross-functional projects through all stages from initiation to closeout
• Developing data-driven insights to inform program strategy and demonstrate business impact
• Championing associate development needs while balancing business requirements and operational constraints
• Create innovative solutions using data and research to address organizational challenges
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs
• Collaborate with global stakeholders including business product managers, WHS partners, and Operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules


- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
