As a Trust and Safety Policy Lead, you will be responsible for developing, adapting, and implementing policy solutions for a wide range of trust and safety challenges, specifically focused on key areas associated with various online safety regulations. A key aspect of this role involves developing and implementing internal guiding principles that inform our policy decisions and ensure alignment with our broader organizational values and objectives. This includes defining, documenting, and operationalizing these principles within our team.
