We are seeking a Customer Success Systems Manager to oversee and optimize the tooling and systems used by the Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to drive efficiencies, revenue growth and customer retention. The Systems Manager will be an expert in Customer Success processes and the systems and integrations that support those processes. Stakeholders will include team members across Customer Success, Customer Experience, RevOps, Finance, Corporate Systems, and Marketing.
