This role will specifically focus on driving priority product and content business objectives via strategic, inclusive community programs. We are looking for a Community Programs Manager with deep creator ecosystem expertise, global work experience, and strong cultural competencies. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in developing strategies to drive engagement across content verticals; knowledge of key diversity and inclusion issues; a track record of driving product-related initiatives at digital platforms; and experience with delivering nuanced cross functional projects.

This includes developing globally scalable frameworks, playbooks, and ongoing evergreen programs that will require alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams and partners to achieve best-in-class results. At its core, this is a strategic, creative, and methodical project management role that requires exemplary communication and project management skills, sound judgement/decision making, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to see complex, short-and long-term programs through to fruition.
