In this role, you’ll be on the Platform team, and responsible for supporting the growth and development of FirstMark’s various communities, both online and in-person. You’ll explore new ways to leverage AI, build automations and develop processes that increase team efficiency, while ensuring we capture and report on relevant data. You’ll source, invite, and onboard new community members that fit our criteria, moderate community forums, support successful event execution, and manage our community databases. You’ll also support FirstMark’s various summits, various special projects that impact our communities, founders, and investment team, and help to come up with (and execute) new community projects and products that will drive significant value for our portfolio and brand. This is a critical role that has a direct impact on our portfolio, investment team, and the broader venture-backed technology ecosystem.
