The Community Manager, Boston/Philadelphia is a member-facing role instrumental in facilitating member relationship building and connection in their markets. This role is expected to gain a deep understanding of local needs across multiple markets, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies, in co-creation with members, for engaging the local community. This role will report directly to a Senior Community Manager/Team Lead.
